There are many benefits to eating insects, but many people think it is gross. Mostly, they are high in protein and inexpensive. Also, people need to see that eating bugs could be our future as human population increases. Like think of bugs as these crunchy chips made of process corn. Also, they can be fed on waste products that are currently not in use. I see a future that is very crispy.
