Yo, smart locks are in. Airbnb hosts use em. Well, this is an excellent opportunity for a new company. OK, so the demand is increasing. Let us hope that crooks do not crack the smart lock, or we are in some woe.

US rental boom

US rental boom is over.  Well, we see that it was driven by the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. Sadly, that is not going away. However, we do have an increase in wages. Basically, it certainly is about time my fine ones.

tiger

People say that you need to be a tiger, but this is not so. God wants us to be as wise as serpents and as gentle as doves or pigeons. He certainly does not want us to become apex predators that tear others into little pieces.

Boy

Boy saves over 1000 dogs - wow. Hey, that is awesome news. Sadly, we lose many canine companions every year.

Hollywood

Hollywood loves alien movies. There is always an awesome invasion. Also, we from earth finally secure a win. First off, the space aliens would probably not be able to breathe our air. Yeah, their biology would probably be quite different than ours.

Fellows, we love life to be serene. Well, I like cows. They seem content to be chewing grass. Not a lot of trouble to worry on.

Patriot boot camp

OK, so turning soldiers into entrepreneurs is our mission. Patriot boot camp is our name. Also, using limited resources is our game.

Hospital gives wrong baby to mom. This sounds like the plot to a soap opera. Hey, we are seeing this as worrisome.

Illinois

Illinois has bitterly cold winters and hot humid summers. Not a good combo says me. Certainly, we like warm summers. OK, so Chicago has Lake Michigan near. That helps some in summer. Yeah, it is best to remember that good days are few and bad days are many.

OK, so can we trust our ai? Hey, we don't even know how it works its magic. Well, that might be a minor issue soon. After all, computers in the future will probably be a lot smarter than us.

racist genius

Einstein was a wise genius. His intelligence was massive. Well, we are now hearing he was full of racism. I do not think so. OK, so he was born in another era. Maybe, he was not culturally aware. Still, we should not try to be so politically correct that we slam this label on anyone.

oil demand

Folks, oil demand could decrease due to new electric cars. Most of us are so happy, as this would slow down greenhouse gas emissions. However, for Saudi Arabia, this prospect certainly is worrisome. After all, over 90% of their income comes from petroleum products and they would lose a lot of green.

Starbucks

Coffee early in the morning... like it warms me up. Starbucks will close 150 stores next year. Folks, this is more evidence that we are in an ongoing massive recession. Hey, we do not need more evidence, because there is a lot right under our noses. Basically, things might get even worse.

Just look at amazon. They are now moving into home insurance. Well, that would make sense. After all, they are a disruptive company. Expect things to really
shake up some.

our rental gap

OK, so we see a doubling of the wages and our rental gap. Folks, this is worrisome. Hey, the impact on workers is negative and then some more. Basically, what we need is to have better jobs become available that pay amazing wages. Also, we should build more low-income houses to slow down the rent rise. Otherwise, our poor shall become even poorer.

Robots

Robots might not take your job, but they could make it boring science says. Hey, this is not what we wanna see. Yet, it does make some sense.

post-processing

Beginning photographers make a lot of mistakes in post-processing. There are of course some minor ones. Yeah, these we can ignore. However, there are those of which you should indeed be more aware. Please keep both eyes open.

Baby

Baby is saved by a cop. Jeremy Nix did save an infant boy just now. This is awesome news. Just wish that there were some more. Most of what we hear is worrisome. Glad that there is some positive news. Best of luck to all of you.

grind my gears

There are some things that really grind my gears. OK, so what does that even mean? Yo, it is to be extra annoying. For example, if you like to make funny noises. That can raise my hackles - whatever that is. Like wow, we need to stop with the idiom and right away.

Employee happiness

Employee happiness is all wrong.  It is not just paid. There are many factors that convince employees to stay, and yes we did say convince. Valuation that is attached to their work is often a factor that is major. Surrounding are often minor. However, people want to feel safe and secure.

abacus

The abacus is old school and then some more. It has been around for thousands of years. Back then there were no personal computers with spreadsheets or electricity even. However, many shopkeepers used an abacus to keep track of arithmetic processes. It is great that we have so much exciting technology to preserve.

Farrah Fawcett son is charged with murder in a crime spree. Oh wow, this sour news is so scary. I do believe that he is not full of innocence. Well, he's definitely no little angel my fine friends, or is that enemies?

Coffee at Starbucks prices increase. Their coffee got even more expensive. Hey, we do not like char bucks any. It is one crazy company. Workers are told they cannot kick out rude consumers. Just what can we even see?

Salton sea

Salton sea is drying up. Toxic dust is a major issue. Yeah, we see a crisis. However, most people do not even care. Oh wow, they are far away. It does make life a bit more of a challenge for the few that live in this run down area.

arrests are rare

Sadly, we do have some HIGH crime areas... the scary places where murders are so common. However, arrests are rare. OK, so why is this our case? Basically, we are in a run down place with a lot of crime. After a while, no one even cares. Yeah, the problem is not poor cops. Well, solving that issue... like it would be so easy. Fact is, the problem is getting worse.

puppy

There is this puppy. He is waiting to be adopted, but I did not know he was an orphan with no one. Just what do we even see... like it is silly me.

suicide risk

This is just in. Here is some worrisome news. OK, so suicide risk is increasing in warm seasons. Actually, we do not understand what the reason is. Psychiatrists claim that high heat is stressful to us. Maybe, that is a factor, but I think cold weather is also stressful as well as more so. Let us add that a lot of high profile people in our news... have chosen to exit ahead of schedule as we see.
