There is a decline in marriage now. 40% of all children are born to unwed moms. Yeah, a lot of little fatherless sons. I do not see a bright future when they grow up. Children without a father are 279% more likely to deal drugs and carry guns. Those sobering statistics are worrisome.
Folks, I do believe that a housing crash is near. Do look at our worrisome super-high interest rates as they rise even more. Houses are not affordable now. Basically, it is a combination of high-interest rates and low wages.
Fellow colleagues, we believe that there will be an economic crisis soon. Hey, we do not know exactly when it will begin. but it could be a lot closer than most economics minors see. Let us just say that we do not believe this stock crash is game over. Still, it will indeed be quite painful for many.
Oh wow, our vocabulary is adapting to a hotter planet due to global warming. Yeah, that is what they say in science. Frankly, that is worrisome. However, we expect this winter to see a lot of um snow. Hey, we do know that farmers are not benefiting from a longer growing season. Don't wonder why that is.
Rite Aid might close thousands of pharmacies due to the bankruptcy that they are in. Folks, we could enter a massive recession soon. 500 is the number they are throwing around now. However, we do believe that the number can increase. Yeah, it does look like things in our country will get even worse. Do think they will blame the government shutdown once more.
Fellow colleagues, here is some awesome news. Yeah, we can use some. Bright line has a new Miami to Orlando train service. These are some fast trains. It is better than using a car even. Hey, we cannot wait to hop on. They plan to expand their train service all the way to Tampa even. Definitely, that would be so awesome.
