OK some people say that the gravity hill is just an optical illusion and nothing more. Well, this is not the case. If the gravity hill were indeed an actual hill side and you were going down hill, then a ball's momentum would increase. Yeah, as the ball slowly rolled dowhill. Well, we see that - it don't..
