College degrees have less power now. There are changing rules of success. In fact, look at all the firings by companies. Most are moving production over seas. Also, they are OUT sourcing. People lose jobs due to DOWN sizing. Getting foreigners to do the job for 50 cents an hour is now easy. Time is running out for us.
