Toilet Tongue Cockatoo
Toilet tongue cockatoo is making some noise. He u ses the F word a lot and is ruffling some feathers if you know what we mean. Love this sorry saga. There was a $15 fine for the owner. Neighbors complain about the bird causing noise.
