Right now things look like they could improve. Basically, housing prices rise. Sadly, banks do not like to loan money. Most believe that we should pat major down payments to prevent loss, but things may get better in coming years.

Lake side living is amazing. Boats are floating on the water and birds are flying in the air. Sounds of distant thunder do worry us. Water level keeps on increasing. Floods are not far away.
