Drought is scary. West has the worst dry spell in one thousand years. They need more rain. Actually, they are not getting any. Scientists blame global warming. However, that makes no sense. Think of it this way. OK so imagine a warmer ocean. Evaporation does increase. Yeah, it puts more water in our air. Fact is, that points
to more rain.
