Citizens, the rust belt keeps on going worse. Workers are moving away. Texas is a magnet that keeps on growing. Florida is another proven winner. Migration of laborers is to the south and people are leaving cold windy Chicago and moving to sunny miami. People like wonderful places that are nice or warm. Also, it is a big plus to be near an ocean or sunny. Sadly, property taxes in rust belt states with no jobs continue to go up. Add to that mix the never ending rise in rules or regs. Yeah, the result is a toxic poison.
