STM or space-time modulator was developed by Steven Gibbs an inventor who likes to create new gadgets for us. He is in his 60's now. Steven Gibbs used to be a farmer in Nebraska years ago. However, he sold off the farm and retired to his hobby which is designing new devices that are fun to use.
