Cities have a lot of local ordinances against creating some noise. Funny, some people do not like music. Yeah, they consider it to be noise. For example, I am told that my grand father liked when he was young... to listen to jazz. Well, his grand father did not consider it to be proper music. In fact, the old man said it was noise. Funny how life is.
