Remote work is here to stay, but some bosses fear the loss of power. They have some minor concerns. Most want to physically monitor every person. Fact is that we simply do not have that luxury any more. Hey, if we wanna try to drag back our high-tech employees to the old downtown office because that is the only way we know how to get things done, then we risk having some of our brightest team members move on.
