It is so very hard for us... like to recognize our own errors. Oh yes, it is a lot easier... to blame another person. However, when we do that, we learn zero. Also, we earn zero. Difficult as it is, we must assign the blame to ourselves and work hard to learn from our errors. That way, we avoid making the same mistake again and again and again. We might make another different mistake, but not the same.
