Foreign brides must learn English

This is interesting to me. Foreign brides must learn English now. I wonder why this is so. Perhaps, there is a new move. People is the future do not speak English, but I wonder if people know this now. Strange stuff to be sure. This is not good news. Especially, for certain russian women.
