using another ssn not a crime

This sounds like a lie to you. It is true the news can swear. Hey, guess what, using another ssn is not a crime now. Just thought you might want to know this little tidbit of data that is strange and then some.

I always thought that was against the law, but silly me. OK so the guy needed a job so he give a false ssn. That use to be identity theft, but no more.
