A nut case open fire on an elementary school in rio. This is really scary. Perhaps as many as 13 students are gone. Maybe we will never know the real reason. Basically, it is a massacre. Find it hard to believe there could be a school rampage in rio. This would be a great opportunity for new technology to predict future events and prevent then from occurring.
