Most of that is for our gov. Yeah, using gov stimulus money. Well, most of that is gone. Look at low home prices. Basically, house sell for less than it cost to build one. Hey, they are so low that we calls em unreal estate prices. Frankly, this cannot go on for ever and ever. Namely, there is no incentive to build now.

Publishers see a 10% decline in sales of magazine. This is a major worry. Yeah, one bigger than pulp prices. Most people are using internet for news. Few read magazines any more. Best indication is that paper is not pop. Well, at least among our young. Kids just are not reading any newspapers. Sadly, this trend is getting worse. Oh yes, newspapers are going away.
