Politicians, yes we know, are saying that we are in a recovery. That is not so. Also, the claim
home price are rising. Sadly, that is not our case. In fact, little construction is going on. Most of that is for our gov. Yeah, using gov stimulus money. Well, most of that is gone. Look at low home prices. Basically, house sell for less than it cost to build one. Hey, they are so low that we calls em unreal estate prices. Frankly, this cannot go on for ever and ever. Namely, there is no incentive to build now.
